Graveyard Clean Up!
SO many leaves! The fall colors were beautiful! And in the end the graveyard was much cleaner...
These were some of our hardest workers and we are so glad they came to our service dates activity!
Happy people doing great service work. :)
Neil, our fearless leader, being a goof! :)
Look at all the trash bags full of leaves! And there was a whole other load just like it. We are so very happy at how many lovely couples came to our October service activity. The graveyard got dark pretty fast but they all still worked very hard and in the end we all got to enjoy delicious hot chocolate and pizza! Thanks again, and keep serving!

Teaming up with Service To The World! August 29, 2011
We totally had a most wonderful time with our friends from Service To the World! We had several volunteers, over 60! Everyone had a fun time, making hats, cute puppets, and folder games for the kids! We had service missionaries come and explain to us the blessings of service, and how kids in developing countries would receive the items we made!
We also had a great time eating BYU ice cream, and BYU mint brownies..... ordered from yours truly..... you know where i go the sweets follow!
But what a wonderful time, and the smiles, laughs, and great people that came! New friends made, stories shared, and testimonies of service grew!
These were the service missionaries that came! Do they look sharp!
Here are the two most beautiful people I know! She made an exquisite penguin puppet, while chad made a sweet puppet too, using his mad sewing skills....
These were new friends I made, they rock! They helped clean up and boy do we have funny stories to share....
My favorite part of anything.... icecream..... stop by sugar'n spice and i'll give you free samples friends!
These were the indian princesses who took camp on the floor since we didn't have enough seats..... They were way fun!
YUMMMMYYYYY!!!!!
The guy on the right taught me the ways of calculus once.....
Ya, these folks owned the world!
Their final works of art!
Ya.... Jimmer.... his legend might never die now!
But what a wonderful time, and the smiles, laughs, and great people that came! New friends made, stories shared, and testimonies of service grew!

November - "First Feast" at Thanksgiving Point
Somebody's having a good time!
Service Dates volunteered at Thanksgiving Point's "First Feast," a traditional Thanksgiving meal complete with ye olde-tyme attire, games, food, music, and entertainment.
Corn Husk Dolls
This was a popular stop for the kids!
Olde-tyme games!
These games consisted of wooden boards and small pebbles or marbles... Things that would have been easily accesible to our early settlers.
Ok, seriously, this is the most darling little girl on the planet Earth. And she has a good looking uncle to boot!
Coolest part: Pilgrim Costumes!!
Thanks to everyone who made this so enjoyable!

Service Dates Program Directors
